  3. Delivery Methods: Communications may be sent via email, SMS, or posted on our website/app.

  4. Your Responsibility: Keep your contact information current. You can update details via your account dashboard.

  5. System Requirements: Access requires an email address, internet connectivity, and software capable of opening PDF or web documents.

  6. Paper Copies: Requests for paper copies can be made via email to legal@hilaacglobal.com.

  7. Withdrawal of Consent: Requests to stop electronic communications must be made in writing. This may result in termination of your account access.


B. Hilaac Global Express Services

  1. Service Overview: Hilaac Global Express allows users to send funds domestically and internationally via cash pickup, bank accounts, and mobile wallets.

  2. Eligibility: Users must be of legal age, provide valid identification, and use the services for lawful purposes only.

  3. Prohibited Use: Transactions cannot be used for illegal activities, gambling, unauthorized third-party transfers, or transactions involving sanctioned countries/entities.

  4. Account Registration: A user account is required to use the services. Protect your login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

  5. Transfer Initiation: Users must provide recipient information, transfer amount, and payment method (bank, card, mobile wallet, etc.). Applicable fees and exchange rates are disclosed before confirmation. All transfers are subject to compliance verification.

  6. Receiving Funds: Recipients may need to provide identification, reference numbers, or answer security questions. Payout availability depends on local regulations.

  7. Currency Conversion: Exchange rates are disclosed prior to confirmation. Transfers are typically paid in local currency unless specified.

  8. Refunds & Expired Transfers: Refunds follow applicable law. Unclaimed transfers after 90 days may be canceled. Contact support for assistance.

  9. Transfer Denials or Delays: We may refuse or delay transactions for regulatory compliance, risk management, fraud prevention, or legal reasons. Reasons may not always be disclosed.

  10. Third-Party Fees: Your bank, card issuer, or wallet provider may charge additional fees. Hilaac Global Express is not responsible for these charges.

  11. Identification & Verification: Users authorize identity verification via government IDs or third-party data sources. Failure to provide valid information may result in service denial.

  12. Record Keeping & Reporting: Transactions and customer records are retained for regulatory compliance and may be reported to relevant authorities in case of suspicious activity.

You agree to indemnify and hold Hilaac Global Express and its partners harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of this Agreement.


E. Limitation of Liability

Hilaac Global Express is only liable for direct damages resulting from our failure to perform as agreed. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages, including system outages, communication failures, regulatory actions, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other events beyond our control.


F. Arbitration & Waiver of Class Actions

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of your jurisdiction unless prohibited by law. You waive the right to jury trials or class action lawsuits. Arbitration must be initiated within one year of the dispute’s occurrence. If part of this clause is unenforceable, the remainder still applies.


G. Changes to this Agreement

Hilaac Global Express may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted online or communicated via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.

  6. Third-Party Beneficiaries: Licensed partners, banks, and technology providers are third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement.
